“I love them. We’ve been dealing with them since purchasing a condo in Ocean City MD in 2005. A few years after buying our unit our air conditioning unit broke and we had to replace our outside unit. It was sooo hot so they brought me a window unit to place in the bedroom so we could at least sleep at night. We have carried a contract with them ever since. The have always been very responsive.
Tonight I had another issue, after a storm came through my condo kept getting hotter and hotter. I called Arctic and within an hour they were there. As it turns out the breaker tripped (not something I would have thought about). However the technician couldn’t have been nicer. He flipped the breaker and hung around for a few minutes to make sure cool air was coming out. I would recommend them to everyone and have.”
