Outdoor unit compressor leaking refrigerant. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and arranged for a quick replacement of the unit (and even arranged for a few discounts). Installers quickly and even cleaned out years of junk from the utility room!

Jay Ours represents the Arctic Company top notch. He is friendly, and has a great personality. He arrived at my house at the appointed scheduled time for my semi-annual maintenance tune-up . He asked if I had any problem with my HVAC. I addressed that one of the vents was not blowing ample air. He was able to search the problem and quickly adjusted the vent so that now the air is even . I am very happy with his workmanship on the HVAC at my home. Jay is an exceptional employee to work for the Arctic Company. Hope to see him again with my next scheduled maintenance tune-up!
