This afternoon the Arctic Heating and Air Conditioning service technician Ardrew Neeley was here to provide the seasonal service our heating/ac unit. He was very polite, very professional and also very careful in and around our condo unit. For example, each time he entered he placed the "booties" over his shoes. Andrew obviously takes pride in his work. He is definitely an asset to the Arctic company. We are very pleased with the company and ALL of the Arctic employees we have interacted with - whether in scheduling a service appointment, having a regular seasonal service take place, or even having a problem addressed. Keep up the EXCELLENT work!

These guys did a great job. Completed an entire new installation in 6 hours leaving no mess. They were courteous, professional, competent. It's always a disruption to have a big job like this done in your home, but it was as 'convenient' as possible. Chad did a good job of pricing for me. He looked for promotions, found a good one (that includes warranties on equipment and installation!) and came in a good deal under the 4 other estimates that I received.

ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED COMPLETELY AND PHONE INQUIRES WERE PROMPTLY RETURNED. WE FOUND FRIENDLY SERVICE BY ALL AND THE INSTALLATION OF NEW HVAC UNITS LAST THURSDAY WAS FAST AND COMPLETE WITH PLACING OF RUGS ON STAIRS ETC AND COMPLETE CLEANUPS WHEN JOBS INSIDE AND OUT WERE COMPLETED.
